Posted a picture of a iced up cap tube yesterday and took a little bit of everyone's advice. Got the correct piercing valves pressures low on suction and discharge. Blew out charge and purged with nitrogen on the liquid out the suction. Pressure tested and system held. I believe it may have been undercharge from the factory. Pulled a good vacuum recharged unit with 290. Every thing pulled temp and came down 100x faster. Verified the temp sensor just in case. Thankyou to everyone who commented.
