Hello all, I am in need of either some kind words of wisdom or maybe just a kick in the ass. I've been in the hvac world for 6 some odd years now, have now finally found a company willing to get me on an apprenticeship and have an excellent journeyman above me. The work is on industrial screw compressors and air driers. I am one of two refrig apprentices, the other who I will say is an excellent technician. Hes been here for 4 ish years, year 3 into his apprenticeship. I have been here for 8 months, they've jumped me to a second year apprentice right off the bat. I'm in my own truck and can call the other guys whenever, but man am I ever feeling stressed out. The air compressor stuff is easy. Refrig, I feel like I'm asking stupid questions or are unsure of myself. Just pulling my hair out everyday. Is this normal, I understand I just have a lot to learn. But this comes to my frustration of I am so stressed out and i feel like I'm underpaid. I'm at 23/hr in toronto area. Please, some wise words or something. This just feels like too much stress
