UK: Members of the Institute of Refrigeration (IoR) are invited to decide this year’s winner of the Kenneth Lightfoot Medal for the best paper in the 2019/20 presentation session.
The annual award includes an engraved medal and a cheque for £500 provided by Lightfoot Defence.
Four papers have been shortlisted this year: Eco-design and energy labelling, by Judith Evans; Exploring the History of the HallScrew Compressor, by Terry Young; GreenSCIES – Green Smart Community Integrated Energy Systems – Integration with data centres, by Catarina Marques; Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs) and their Potential in Adsorption Heat Pumps, by Eman Hussein.
