Long story short, my company converted a grocery store's convemtial racks from R-22 to R407F. I was reading about possible issues with this conversion and they stated the different refrigerant glide between r22 and 407f could cause issues with EPR valves. Well, oddly enough we have 1 case that uses an EPR valve and currently has issues. Now to be honest, it is a rather old beat to hell case. I am hoping someone here knows enough about refrigerant glide and how it relates to parts like an EPR to give a good run down on it. Im moderately new with only 3 years experience and would love to learn more about how it all actually works. I have a good understanding about EPRs but never learned what refrigerant glide is and what it does.
