True Chef base cooling issues

Hello,

I am not a tech but a troubleshooter.

I have a TRCB 79-86 Chef base. It was running hot a few weeks ago and made a service call. Cleaned he coils and got airflow up. We left it on ) overnight and the stepped down the temp the next day. Prior to running warm it usually ran in the 35-37 range. After the clean up we are in the 39-42 range.

This week I noticed it felt warm but the digital thermometer was reading in the mid 30's. I temped the drawer and we were in the 50s. So I cleaned everything out. turned it to zero in case it was frozen and at the end of the day I flipped the breaker and turned on in the morning. I set the control to 1 and let it go for a few hours then to 3 etc. the whole time it was cooling the inside and outside Thermometers were within a degree or each other. However once it "reached temp" the digital read out was reading 33 and the one inside was 45. I have been able to duplicate the same thing 3 times.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I can not get it below that 45-47 range even though it thinks it is mid 30's. I was going to start with replacing the Temp control.

Thank you for your time.
