Community Fridge - Advice Question!

Hey all,

I volunteer with a community fridges organization that operates to provide food to food scarce neighbors and in one of mini fridges, there's an issue with the seal. It seems to have a tiny part that has either bended or cracked off, creating a small hole between the door and the fridge at the top of the fridge. We are trying to find the part to replace it with (I've messaged the manufacturer) but we aren't sure:

1. The best way to figure out what size seal we need (I believe other volunteers measured the door but that didn't seem to work - it seemed the seal they got was too big)
2. If we can do something in the meantime to fix this small hole in the meantime.

Any advice on how to fix this would be helpful - I of course want to make sure we don't lose the fridge but also want to make sure everything is alright with it. Thanks!
