Freezer to fridge conversion

Hey there

Looking for some advice

I have a small minus forty commercial glass door freezer, I want to use a temperature controller or swap out the temperature controller to keep this around 45°f.

I have an inkibird 308, my concern is it’s not beefy enough for it.

Also thinking of hardwiring in a STC1000 controller.

My other thought is this unit has a 6 minute compressor delay so will that mess this up using a separate controller? Is it best to by pass the internal compressor?
