I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from amazon but after delivery, I have to wait 24-72 hours for an installation guy from Samsung to come install it and give me a demo???

What’s there to demo in a fridge? Can’t I just plug it in and start using? My food wouldn’t be able to stay outside the fridge for so long.
