GE Profile Filter Head Spring Broken, little water

Hello all! My GE profile refrigerator is acting up, the water isn't getting past the filter head due to the spring in the filter head isn't letting water by.

Part: GE WR17X11756 is the part I need, $200.

There are a dozen heads on Amazon that look similar for $50. Can I use one of them instead?
