Need a LNG Heat Exchanger that works at -160°C
I’m working on a project for my thesis in Mechanical Engineering where I need a heat exchanger that can work with liquefied natural gas at -160 °C and ammonia as working fluid of the refrigeration system. The condensation temperature is -22 °C, so a there’s a big temperature range and therefore I think a lot of the common heat exchangers won’t handle it. Does anyone know which specific heat exchanger type I should use and which company supplies it?
