Delfield R-290 drawer cooler LEA alarm

I'm having issues with an alarm on a cooler, and because it's R290 and because we don't have the tools on site we contract it out, and I don't have a ton of experience with it. So I'm looking for some advice. It's a 6-drawer cooler that sits underneath a flat top. The restaurant does quite a bit of delivery buisness, so it's still pretty busy.

Sometimes during service it'll throw the LEA alarm, according to delfield that means "Control calls for cooling for more than 24 hours straight. Time includes defrost. Error will go away if the control cycles off the compressor or if the power is shut off." I've replaced an evaporator fan, and on the advice of my journeyman we replaced the actual danfoss controller. The alarm eventually will reset itself.

For the most part it is holding temp, it'll get up to about 39-40 when they're busy. We do have pre-filters on the unit and I clean those regularly, I've also cleaned the metal vent in front of the rack for good measure. We did have the condensor coil replaced under warranty about a year and a half ago. Gaskets are good, the drawers close all the way easily.

I guess my question is, is this a nuisance alarm? If not what are the next steps? If we have to call someone in I'd like to at least have some direction of what they should be looking at. Thanks!
