UK: Wolseley Climate has overhauled its Beermaster cellar cooling range to meet the hospitality sector’s need for a contemporary full-system solution.
Improvements include reduced noise, smaller footprint, higher efficiency and easier installation and maintenance. In addition, the new models utilise lower GWP refrigerants R448A and R449A.
Alongside this, its slave and master system can meet cooling capacities between 3kW and 15kW and has rated ambient temperatures of up to 38°C, all featured within a highly flexible modular system.
The new Beermaster’s design now features a low-noise external rotor design, improving sound performance by -3dBa. The updated technology is also smaller in footprint and includes high-efficiency EC fans and ZS scroll compressors.
The new generation incorporates a new mechanical pressure switch, positive control fascia buttons and easier maintenance access.
As a result of these changes, the Beermaster system’s COP has increased by up to 10%.
“As the hospitality industry looks to bounce back following long-term closures, it’s important to take steps to make sure the products they are serving are of the highest quality, the environment is welcoming, and that any capital investment helps minimise their lifetime costs,” commented Wolseley Climate technical sales director Peter Woods.
The new range will be available from Wolseley Climate branches from April 1.
