Beverage Air Vending Fridge (Double Glass Sliding Doors) Pooling Water inside, not Draining into Pan

It would appear that the water that is building up in the condensing area of my beverage air fridge (roof) is not draining down through the tube drainage on the back left of the unit and instead just pooling up, then leaking out into the base of the fridge and eventually the exterior. The leak is pretty slow (takes a few days to pool up) and I've temporarily mitigated with a drain pan in the bottom to catch water. I used to notice the evaporation pan filling with water (behind the base grille) and then evaporating away with airflow and coils. This has been bone dry since the leaking started(no water coming into it).

I am getting ready to empty the contents of the unit and take the top apart and wanted to do a gut check.

Is it logical to think that the drainage tube is somehow blocked and I could use something like an air compressor to blow it out?

The fridge seems to have a cut for a drainage hole in the middle of the floor as well but that also is not draining.

Any past experiences with these units would be helpful, happy to throw up photos if needed. This fridge is fun but gives me issues all the time!
