Do any of y'all work for companies that fix hot food equipment too?

I do a good bit of restaurant refrigeration but I also get calls to fix some other restaurant equipment like ovens, stand mixers, fryers, and all kinds of other weird stuff. All commercial. I think it's kind of fun to mix it all up but I don't really get the chance to get a whole lot better at refrigeration. If I went to a straight refrigeration company would I have a hard time adapting? The biggest refrigeration I do is walk ins and those are rare. Eventually I want to get into grocery stores and work on racks.
