I can't say for sure how often it actually does cycle on, but there are times when the air inside the refrigerator will be at desired temp, but it's not cycling/staying on often and long enough to keep our food in the safe temp zone. It's an Avantco (cheaper refrigerator), and last year I replaced the temperature control module (where you set the temp/defrost cycle/etc.) because that went out, but that didn't fix the cycling issue. Any ideas? We're a food truck and would really rather not spend several hundred dollars+ on a repair if we can do it ourselves.
Thanks
