Home refrigerator Kenmore 106.51783412 Freezer gets cold, but refrigerator is warm

Hello All,

I am having an issue with this refrigerator which will not cool. However, when I check the freezer compartment, it gets nice and cold without any issues. I have changed out the air damper, condenser fan motor, and cleaned evaporator fan. However, the same issue persists. Does anyone have the service manual for this refrigerator or can provide recommendations on what else I can do to further troubleshoot this issue?
