I am designing a vending machine for fresh fruits (2ftx3ft area and 6ft height). I want that the top chamber (2ft x 3ft x 2ft) is refrigerated to 1-2 C and the rest of volume (2ft x 3ft x 4ft) to 5-10 C.
I have set up a compressor and condenser for this but the evaporator I am using is a big evaporator with fans that cools the entire volume inside the vending machine. Right now I am reaching 8C in the entire volume. I just want the top chamber highly cooled and the rest moderately. I also want to get rid of the huge evaporator taking up space (Photo of current evaporator)
Possible ideas:
-
I make a custom evaporator that has more tube density in the chamber and less below.
-
I keep a central evaporator and use air ducts to feed cold air into the chambers inside the vending machine.
-
I position the current evaporator in a different way.
Can someone please guide? Thanks in advance :)
