Question regarding cooling capacity of the evap

Say you have an evap that needs a cooling capacity of 300 watts at -20c

but you want to pull the evap down to -40c, while keeping mass flow the same, would you need the same amount of watts of cooling (300 watts @ -40 /bigger compressor) to obtain -40c or would you need less/more
