Question regarding diagnosis of walk in Refrig system

So I got kicked out of a service call by home designers Becuase people were having a house reveal, love getting that call1 at 330. Anywho this is a 404a system and tempts are in Celsius.

It's a fridge that was set for 2c with. 2° differential. According to them it was at - 5.5. I got there and the door was open and at 16. I figured solenoid was sticking. But it seemed fine in the 15 minutes I had to look at it. I did however try to pump the system down and my suction pressure didn't budge. It stayed at 55psi and, but my head pressure which was at 290psi, shot up to like 350 when I front seated the receiver and it wouldn't pump down. Usually we set pressure control for 30 cut in with a 20 differential.

My thoughts are an over charged system. It's a fairly small reciever and it was started up 3 days ago. I know it's not much information because I didn't even get the chance to really look beyond the solenoid and pump down.

What do you guys think.
