A pipe going from the compressor to the condenser sprang a leak and I'm finding that the price I was quoted just to fill up with new refrigerant is excessive.
The system uses R-414b and I was quoted $1820.00 for 35 LBS of the stuff.
I live in Canada just incase that changes the pricing...
Is that a reasonable price?
Should I look for a new tech?
Also I just inherited the business and don't know much about these cooling systems.
