Apprentice here... I got a call to work on an old kolpak that was leaking water from the bottom. In response, I verified the gaskets and sweep were ruined and replaced them both. Now, a week later, with the same issue. Bottom corner leaking. This time I verified the door heater is working, gaskets are properly sized and not hitting, spring assist is working perfectly, cleaned the ice build up from the corner, but what I've noticed is the door seems to kick out from said corner no matter how much I apply force to the door. Is it common for older walk-in freezers or freezer doors to warp as such? Could at one point where the door froze close and someone tried opening it and bent the corner while opening it?
