Okay so the button to the fridge temperature is broken and the one that is for the freezer doesn't fit on it/I couldn't twist it. I asked for someone to come and fix the temp and they came and said they adjusted it, but it only got worse, now even my water freezes in the fridge and a little bit of frost is forming at the top of it. So I took the back panel and it looks like this, is it suppose to be like this? Cause it looks like the button on the fridge side is just not connected to anything? The fridge is a hand me down so I don't know if that problem existed before or if I accidentally messed it up. Is
