How to Hack Thermostat to 55 degrees on True Bev Cooler

Hey there, not a fridge person, I'm a farm person. I need a warm fridge at 55 degrees for tomatoes. I'm looking at a True bev cooler (double sliding glass door type). Is there a way to hack that or get the thermostat to run this fridge warmer, consistently? Thanks
