I'm thinking about trying to build my own freezer fan to use to cool down after exercising, just for a fun project. I find myself standing in front of my open freezer after running and am wondering if it's possible to make a standalone device that just blows cold air. I want to make it relatively small. I'm thinking roughly 8x9x12 inches. A lot of fans that use ice exist, but I'm wondering if it would be possible to use the same mechanical principles that exist for a freezer to make a small fan that would blow really cool air. Basically I would like to just shrink the components that make a freezer cold and just use the cold air. Is this idea possible in theory?
