Sandwich cart, compressor starts for 5 seconds and then stops and starts heating up.
Tested Start Cap, the relay and the over load and the thermistor. All seam to be good.
Is the run winding failing or is there a problem with the thermistor?
(I'm going to have to pull it out after the restaurant closes to access the compressor to check the windings.)
