HVAC: You know what really grinds my gears. When customers call it “Freon”. “Oh was it just low on Freon”. Yeah it was because you have a leak. It’s contagious too, even the younger employees in the stores say it. It shouldn’t bother me but it just does? Anyone else? Or am I just an a$$hole?
