Best way to clean a grease covered chilled water coil?

I've got a couple of air handlers(chilled water/steam/heating water coils) in my building with airflow issues, all of them serve kitchens or restaurants, so there's a layer of grease on the coils in addition to dust. What's the best way/best cleaning solution to remove the greasy buildup? Or will the Nucalgon condenser cleaner solution work fine?

Thanks in advance for any guidance or advice, all of my journeyman quit so it's just me trying to hold the building down currently.
