Drop in replacement recommendation medium temp for R 22

At the school district where I work we have some walk in coolers that have 22 in them. Looking for your recommendation of a drop in no oil change requirement. R 453a looks like it is the latest and greatest that requires no oil replacement. Looking for input from you fellas out here
