is it possible to connect 2 independent compressors to 1 condenser

ive got a 6hp condenser and i have 2x 3hp compressors.

each compressor will be on an independent suction line with individual EEV's, problem is, the the compressors might be turned off and on at different times,

both compressors will have liquid receivers

each compressor also has its own independent sub cooler right before the EEV.

will i have balancing problems? if compressor 1 is pulled down to a stable temp but compressor 2 is still in the pull down process, then compressor 1 will feed more refrigerant to compressor 2 possibly causing a mass flow problem in compressor 2's suction?
