What are you using as a refrigeration scale? Boss said last week to get a new one

Nothing really wrong with my current one. I have a cheap tradepro from a carrier supplier. At my old job i always had an inficon. Boss told me to get a new one on the work account. What do you suggest? I want something with a hardcase
