What do you technicians if you do use Removing moldy smell from walk-in coolers

I work at a School District. Walk in cooler it was down for quite a while has very warm temperatures from the door heaters. Stinks like crazy smells very moldy any recommendations from you guys if you deal with this to try to kill the smell?
