Hi guys, I don’t know a lot about refrigerant so I thought I’d come here to ask. Today I recharged the AC in my car and am now left with a half can of R 12. Im not really sure what to do with it. I know the stuff is terrible for the ozone layer and I’d hate to just left it all escape the can. It’s currently still on the gauge I used to check the psi of the lines. If I take it off all the gas will escape, what should I do?
