Why are HVAC guys so gaoddamned lazy?

I've been working commercial refrigeration for nearly 15 years. Every so often an HVAC tech will find their way through the door and without fail they are always some of the laziest mother fuckers I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Why? Is it like this everywhere?
