I've seen a variety of solutions for small condensers where the fan shortly reverses on startup, or a secondary fan blows the dust out, but I've never seen a reversing fan operation in large supermarket racks even though all the fans we use are reversible and it would not be insurmountably difficult to have them reverse once a day.
Am I missing something? Why is this a thing in cheap standalone units but not in large racks?
