I just ordered the following refrigerator to do so some home dry aging. In order to control the humidity and airflow, I’ll need to place a humidifier and fan into the fridge. A lot of folks resort to drilling holes in the left or right side of the fridges to pass the electrical chords, and later caulk the area to maintain the insulation. However, since this fridge is a newer model, I just want to make sure that it’s possible due to the Cyclopentane being used in the insulation?
