I’m currently not working at the moment and this is for a side gig that came up for a true tssu 72-18 prep cooler that keeps running and freezing up the product they keep up top. The cap tube is ran along the front of the evaporator and then bent and inserted into the fins. Turning the tstat up and down didn’t do anything so I’m wondering if there’s a way to determine if it’s bad so I can replace it or was it just improperly installed? First time doing this and seems like an easy fix. I know there’s a tube you’re supposed to insert the cap tube into but I looked for it and it doesn’t seem to have it.
