Any experienced techs that have been in the industry?

I’ve just recently gotten into the trade in AZ, USA and I’m curious if there are any experienced techs in this region.

I’m curious as what the career ladder/income ladder looks like over the next 2, 5, 10 years? And if there’s any specialty I should lean towards?

I’m currently in commercial refrigeration. Thanks for any input!
