Ban on HFOs in EU, what is the probability?

I've been reading that EU has a bill in their parliament for banning HFOs because they leaving behind Purified Telephthalic Acid (PTA). Can someone from the EU help us understand how likely/unlikely this is going to be? And if the ban is likely, then which refrigerants are going to be used in home applications, commercial vehicles and industrial applications?

Edit: Maybe the ban is not because HFO1234yf leaves behind PTA but because the HFOs leave behind PFAS (forever chemicals). The question still stands.
