The title. Not our refrigerator but one with the place we are staying at. It's making a loud high pitched whirring grinding noise that gets better (slowly, not instantly) when the bottom is opened, and worse, THEN better (again slowly, not instantly) when the top door is opened. Video provided of sound(not it going away). We turned it off as it's pretty late, since maintenance isn't going to be able to be here until tomorrow, and sleep is a goal. Just trying to find out what might be the problem so we can give the owner some direction. Don't really want to be refrigerator-less for a long time.
Edit: It has no ice machine.
