Embraco Ground Wire not Connected?

Hey all, our compressor for a Coldmatic walk-in freezer broken down, the repair technician came and did some test saying it short circuited with ground due to recent power surges from nearby utilities work. Looking at the compressor I see the Yellow/Green wire isn’t connected, is this normal? The compressor is Embraco NJ2212GJ. Thanks! submitted by /u/Barbiequeque [link] [comments]
