Quantum HD issue/transducer issue?

The compressor is not valved off or being pulled down after service. The actual pressure is 60psi on discharge (room is shutdown). What could be causing this/where should I look first? Did the age old turn off and back on again and nothing happened. submitted by /u/tunnelsnake627 [link] [comments]
