Any info on how to insulated wood on bottom of door frame , for freezer??

Any info on how to insulated wood on bottom of door frame , freezing up whole wood , im thinking of installing flat drain heat tape on it, then insulate over it wit foil tape then sheet metal ? To maintain at 40 degrees. any suggestions?much appreciated submitted by /u/Icy-War-4275 [link] [comments]
