Beverage Air Fridge - Can’t Find Info Anywhere

As the title says, I cannot find info on this thing anywhere. Photos show the fridge and model info, but Google and ChatGPT can’t get me anywhere so I’ve come to the experts. Can anyone give me some info on this like around when it’s made, any history, and if it’s worth anything? I inherited it from my late Grandma and Grandpa and have no interest in selling it, just curious.
