No clue what tool

Hey everyone, I'm new to this field. Took classes through my job but no hands on training, so bare with me here. I have a copeland kak1-0100-tac compressor with a leak at this plug. I know I will have to recover the r12 and use a drop in once I fix the leak, but what tool do I even need for this plug?
