I know, it looks kinda ghetto rigged, but i dont want to make it pretty until i get all the bugs worked out. So ive building this system for about a month. Heres the basics,
So I did a test run last night, the suction line is getting to -24c and maxing out at that temp, i think there is a slight amount of liquid returning to the compressor, So ill be installing a suction line accumulator. 3 of the top circuits arent reaching freezing temps, which i think has something to do with the suction line assembly, i might need to split the suction line into 2 sections, 4 circuits on the top, and 5 circuits on the bottom. If that doesn't work, then ill be replacing the 3/8ths refrigerant distributor with 5/32 inch circuits instead. Which 5/32 was my original design but the dum dums over at the fabrication place made 3/8ths circuits instead of 5/32 So, what do you guys think? the 3 top circuits are most likely a suction line problem?
