I opened my fridge this morning and noticed that the fridge and freezer weren’t cold at all, ice cream soft, etc. I noticed that it was quiet as well. I pulled it out from against the wall and cleaned all the coils and the fan. I put the plate back on and plugged the fridge back in. The fan began working I could hear it, and see it blowing air. I gave it a few hours to see if it was working but it feels like room temperature. Any advice? It’s an Amana. To be honest it is quite old, maybe ten years. I’ll get a new one if I have to but wanted to see if there is something else silly I’m missing here. Sorry I don’t know anything about fridges so bear with me. Thank you all!
