Blast freezer not getting to temp

I hope I'm in the right place to ask this question- if not, just point me in the right direction. I have a Master-Bilt IHC48 blast freezer that is pushing me over the edge. It's typically set to -30F and normally runs to about -27/-28 without issue. Last month, the compressor started rattling like hell and it wouldn't go below -21. Refrigeration guy came out and replaced the valve plate, which did nothing. He then replaced the compressor with a brand new Copeland KATB-015E. Next day, it started rattling and wouldn't go below -17. I ended up calling the refrigeration company I used to work with because the first guy said he threw his back out and couldn't come back. They replaced the TXV valve- same problem, then came back out, said it needs an ERP valve, and replaced that part this morning. It's now down to -22 (set at -27), but can't seem to get below that point and I think the compressor still rattles once in a while. This is getting really expensive and I'm getting really frustrated and am not convinced these guys know what they're doing. Thanks in advance for any ideas/suggestions.
