Had someone top off one of my units with gas about a month ago. Well a month or so later the units valves were freezing causing the unit to lose pressure and it won’t cycle on. Well come to find out the Freon had moisture in it causing the valves to freeze. My question is how does moisture get in the gas and is this something that should’ve/could’ve been prevented when the tech was here a month ago topping it off with Freon.
