Latest innovations in transport refrigeration using natural refrigerants?

Hi guys,

are there any recent innovations that use natural refrigerants to cool trailers? I'm thinking about CO2, Ammonia, Nitrogen, or hydrocarbons. Or are there any major downsides to it (like safety issues)?
