Fridge not cooling down after a week of not being turned on.

Hello,

I don't know if this is the right sub to post this, but I'm guessing most of you here know refrigeration a bit more than I do.

I'll just cut to the chase ,I own a BEKO RDV6200A Fridge. It's a combined freezer fridge.
It was working just fine for about 2 years for which I've had 0 problems with it.

Yesterday I came back from my 7 day vacation, plugged my fridge in and thought nothing of it. But after a while I realized the fridge is not cooling down.

The freezer seems to be kind of working,it's colder than the outside, but not cold enough to produce real ice, just a bit of frost around the edges of the freezer door.

It may be worth noting that I unplugged my fridge a day before I left for my vacation as to not be greeted by a puddle of water when I come back.

The fridge has an adjustable thermostat that goes from 0-5,with 5 being the coldest and 0 meaning the fridge is turned off (including the light).

Normally, while working, the fridge would emit a buzzing noise that's not terrible but definitely noticeable.

Knowing all that I tinkered with it for a little while and here's what I found out:
-The fridge will only buzz if I unplug it,turn the thermostat to 1-4 and then plug it in.

-If you were to plug it in like that, and then turn the thermostat back to 0 it will stop buzzing(Of course).

-But then turning the thermostat back to 1-4 will not make it buzz

And on top of all that there seems to be some condensation going on inside the fridge.

My question is, what (if anything) is most likely to be broken/faulty here? Is there anything I can do to make it work?

Thanks in advance!
If anyone has any questions please don't hesitate to ask them and I will answer them as soon as possible! :)
